Once you’ve found a group near you, you can check our calender of events to search for your local group's schedule with planned activities if available. Our groups are solely led by volunteers we call MOTR Area Directors. These Directors determine when and where group runs are held, as well as actively lead group runs. Sometimes runs are led by "RC" a.k.a run coordinators. These sisters have also volunteered their time to lead group runs throughout the week so that there is more than one opportunity to connect with your local MOTR group members. Once you’ve found a date, time and location that works for you, simply show up; its that simple! Yes, it’s that simple! Be sure to introduce yourself to the MOTR Area Director or run coordinator on duty and let them know that you are new. They will be able to provide you with specific details and instructions about the runs and answer any other questions you might have.
